Make a couple preview trips.

Take a trip or two to the new area so you can familiarize yourself with the city. It will help to become comfortable before you move there permanently. Check out the area where you’ll work, figure out where you want to live and check out the schools and local libraries.

When you search for a new real estate agent, there are some things to remember while narrowing down your choices. You want to find a person you can rely on to act as your advocate.
