Chicago based TapMe has made an announcement that they have been acquired by MediaMath. The company said that they have been into advertisements for mobile games and MediaMath will allow them with the right opportunities to grow in the future. MediaMath is one of the popular advertisement technology firms in the New York and TapMe will be able to handle more advertisements as they will get more work from the growing ad technology firm. TapMe said that so far they cannot reveal the financial terms of the deal as they are still into negotiations with the company. However, TapMe has been supported by various investors like Hyde Park Angels and FireStarter Fund.

MediaMath CEO Joe Zawadzki said that they are glad that they have got TapMe that can allow them to diversify their business profile in the future and that TapMe is a small company with lot of potential that will make difference to overall business in the future. The New York firm said that they would like to develop the company further and offer advertisement options on mobile platforms that can be done easily with TapMe on their side. The company believes that they will be able to offer better platform to all their consumers in the future which is a good positive sign for the company.
